Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms apply to recurring paid memberships and features offered by ECelebs Nation in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Plans and eligibility
Plan features, eligibility, price, billing frequency, and any minimum term are shown before purchase. Certain plans may be limited to approved Citizens, Businesses, or particular territories.
2. Billing authorisation
By starting a paid subscription, you authorise ECelebs Nation and its payment provider to charge the displayed fees and applicable taxes to your selected payment method at the start of each billing period.
3. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may send reminders where required by law, but you remain responsible for managing renewal through your account settings.
4. Trials and promotions
A trial or promotional price may convert to the then-disclosed paid rate when the offer ends unless you cancel first. Eligibility limits and offer-specific conditions apply.
5. Price and plan changes
We may change prices or plan features with advance notice appropriate to the change and applicable law. A price increase normally takes effect at a later renewal. You may cancel before it takes effect.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and mandatory consumer law.
7. Failed payments
If payment fails, we may retry the charge, request a new payment method, limit paid features, or suspend the subscription. You remain responsible for valid charges accrued before cancellation.
8. Founding benefits
Benefits described as tied to continuous Founding membership remain available only while the qualifying subscription stays active, unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
