Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Policy explains how to cancel paid services and when refunds may be available for purchases made directly from ECelebs Nation.

1. Scope
This Policy applies to subscriptions, programmes, and digital services purchased directly from ECelebs Nation. Purchases processed by an app store or third party are also subject to that provider’s billing and refund rules.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel a subscription through the account or billing settings associated with your purchase. Cancellation stops the next renewal but ordinarily does not end access before the close of the paid billing period.
3. Refund eligibility
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, charges are non-refundable after a billing period begins. We may issue a full or partial refund where a duplicate or unauthorised charge is confirmed, a paid service was materially unavailable, or an advertised statutory cooling-off right applies.
4. Founding and promotional offers
Founding, discounted, trial, and promotional offers may include special cancellation or refund conditions disclosed before purchase. Benefits tied to continuous membership may end when a subscription lapses.
5. Collaboration payments
Payments made directly between Citizens or Businesses for collaborations are not purchases from ECelebs Nation. The parties are responsible for their own cancellation, delivery, and refund arrangements unless a separate written service expressly states otherwise.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@ecelebsnation.com with your account email, purchase date, amount, and reason for the request. Do not send full payment-card details. We may ask for additional information needed to verify the transaction.
7. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and financial institution. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
