1. Our Principles

ECelebs Nation is an invitation-only community built on four principles: authenticity, respect, excellence, and discretion. Every Citizen — individual or business — is expected to uphold them. These Guidelines are part of our Terms of Service.

2. Authenticity & Verification

  • Represent yourself truthfully. Your name, role, profile type, industries, and credentials must be accurate.
  • Impersonation of any person, brand, or organisation is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not misrepresent your eligibility, affiliations, or audience metrics (including buying fake followers to inflate your standing).
  • Business accounts must be operated by persons authorised to represent the entity.

3. Respectful Conduct

  • Treat every Citizen with courtesy, regardless of status, industry, or background.
  • No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age.
  • Unwanted romantic, sexual, or commercial advances — including repeated waves or messages after a clear refusal — are prohibited.
  • No doxxing: never publish another Citizen’s private contact details, location, or documents without consent.

4. Content Standards

You may not post, upload, or share Content that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading;
  • depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, exploitation, or terrorism;
  • contains sexually explicit material or sexual solicitation;
  • infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights;
  • contains malware, phishing links, or deceptive schemes;
  • constitutes spam, pyramid schemes, or unauthorised advertising;
  • promotes the sale of regulated goods or services without lawful authorisation.

5. Discretion & Confidentiality

Discretion is the currency of this community. Content shared under connections-only or inner-circle visibility is private to that audience.

Do not screenshot, record, forward, or republish another Citizen’s non-public Content, collaboration details, or personal information without their explicit consent. Our screenshot-deterrence features support, but do not replace, this obligation.

Confidential terms of Collaborations — fees, deliverables, negotiations — must not be disclosed to third parties without the counterparty’s consent.

6. Collaboration Etiquette

  • Post Collaboration opportunities truthfully: budgets, deliverables, deadlines, and terms must be real and accurate.
  • Apply or express interest (waves, applications) only when genuinely qualified and available.
  • Honour your commitments. If circumstances change, communicate promptly and professionally.
  • Do not use Collaborations to solicit off-platform payments designed to defraud, or to request free work misrepresented as paid.
  • Comply with applicable advertising and endorsement-disclosure laws (for example, FTC and ASA rules) in content arising from Collaborations.

7. Credits, Wallet & Integrity

  • Do not attempt to manipulate eCredits, rewards, analytics, or leaderboard systems.
  • Farming, self-dealing, bot activity, or collusive behaviour to inflate metrics or balances is prohibited and may result in forfeiture and termination.

8. Enforcement

We enforce these Guidelines proportionately and in context. Depending on severity and history, violations may result in the measures below. Severe violations — including threats to safety, exploitation, or fraud — may result in immediate termination and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

  • a warning and removal of the offending Content;
  • temporary restriction of features (posting, waves, collaborations, wallet);
  • temporary suspension of citizenship;
  • permanent termination of citizenship, including for severe or repeated violations.

9. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal within 30 days by emailing safety@ecelebsnation.com with your account email and a description of why the action should be reconsidered. We review appeals in good faith and our decision on review is final.

10. Reporting & Safety

If you encounter Content or conduct that violates these Guidelines, report it through the in-app reporting tools or email safety@ecelebsnation.com. Reports are confidential. We prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith.

11. Changes

We may update these Guidelines as the community evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
