Ownership
All content, designs, trademarks, and technology on ECelebs Nation are owned by us or licensed by our partners. This includes the platform name, logo, visual identity, and underlying software.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post and grant us a limited licence to host, display, and distribute it within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material on the platform infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, contact us at legal@ecelebsnation.com with a detailed description, proof of ownership, and the location of the content.
Counter notice
If your content was removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe it was a mistake, you may submit a counter notice with the information required by law.
Enforcement
We may remove or disable access to content that violates intellectual property rights and may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated infringement.
