1. Our safety principles
Our community is built on authenticity, respect, excellence, discretion, and proportionate enforcement. Every Citizen and Business shares responsibility for protecting these standards.
2. Personal safety
- Threats, incitement, stalking, coercion, exploitation, and credible risks of physical harm are prohibited.
- Never solicit, facilitate, or share child sexual exploitation material.
- Do not encourage self-harm or provide instructions that create an imminent danger.
- Contact local emergency services first when someone faces immediate danger.
3. Harassment and hateful conduct
We prohibit bullying, repeated unwanted contact, sexual harassment, degrading attacks, and hateful conduct targeting protected characteristics. Context, severity, intent, and patterns of behaviour inform our response.
4. Privacy and discretion
Do not reveal private addresses, contact details, identity documents, financial data, private communications, or non-public collaboration terms without authorisation. Content limited to connections or inner circles must remain within that audience.
5. Authenticity and scams
Impersonation, fabricated credentials, fake audiences, phishing, fraudulent opportunities, and deceptive payment requests are prohibited. We may request verification or restrict activity while reviewing a concern.
6. Reporting
Reports may be made through in-app tools or by emailing safety@ecelebsnation.com. Include the account, Content, date, and a clear description. Reports are handled as confidentially as reasonably possible, but information may be shared where required to investigate or comply with law.
7. Enforcement and appeals
Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a warning, remove Content, restrict features, suspend or terminate citizenship, or refer a matter to authorities. Affected users may appeal within 30 days unless an appeal is unavailable by law or because of an urgent safety restriction.
8. No retaliation
Retaliation against a person who reports a concern or participates in an investigation in good faith is prohibited.
