1. Purpose & Scope

The ECelebs Nation Community Guidelines are established to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive digital environment for all members, partners, and stakeholders. These guidelines apply to all participants within the ECelebs Nation ecosystem, including its metaverse platforms, online forums, private social networks, events, and digital properties.

2. Core Values

All members of ECelebs Nation are expected to uphold the following values:

• Respect: Treating all individuals with dignity, regardless of status, nationality, or beliefs.
• Integrity: Acting with transparency, honesty, and accountability.
• Privacy: Respecting the confidentiality and rights of others.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1. Respectful Behavior

• Discriminatory, racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, or hateful language or behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation in any form will not be tolerated.

3.2. Content Standards

• No posting of illegal, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, or copyrighted content without explicit permission.
• Members must not share false or misleading information or engage in any deceptive practices.

3.3. Communication Etiquette

• Use professional and courteous language at all times.
• Do not spam, flood, or disrupt community channels or events.

3.4. Event Participation

• Dress codes, conduct protocols, and participation guidelines for both virtual and physical events must be strictly followed.
• No unauthorized recording or sharing of exclusive content, unless otherwise permitted.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• All content, materials, and branding of ECelebs Nation are owned by ECelebs Spirits Corporation or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• Members may not use ECelebsNation trademarks, logos, or assets without prior written authorization.
• Any user-generated content submitted in official ECelebsNation platform may be used by ECelebs ESpirits Corporation under a royalty-free, worldwide license for promotional or operational purposes, unless otherwise specified.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• ECelebs complies with the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and other applicable data privacy laws.
• Member data is processed in accordance with the ECelebs Privacy Policy.
• Members must not collect, share, or misuse others’ personal data without consent.

6. Security & Account Responsibility

• Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account access.
• Unauthorized access, hacking, phishing, or exploitation of the platform is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
• Any security concerns must be reported immediately to security@ecelebsnation.com.

7. Disciplinary Measures

Violation of these guidelines may result in:

• Warnings or temporary suspensions
• Permanent ban from ECelebs Nation
• Legal action where appropriate
• Revocation of token privileges

All actions are at the sole discretion of ECelebs ESpirits Corporation based on severity and context.

10. Changes to Guidelines

11. Legal Jurisdiction

These guidelines are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
