Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every Citizen, applicant, visitor, Business, and other person who accesses the ECelebs Nation platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Lawful and honest use

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate identity, business, audience, and eligibility information.
• Do not impersonate another person or organisation or misrepresent an affiliation.
• Do not facilitate fraud, deception, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity.

3. Safety and respect

• Do not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or intimidate another person.
• Do not publish hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Do not share another person’s private information without permission.
• Do not promote violence, self-harm, sexual exploitation, or abuse.

4. Platform integrity

• Do not introduce malware, phishing, or harmful code.
• Do not scrape, crawl, probe, reverse engineer, or access the Platform through unauthorised automated means.
• Do not bypass rate limits, access controls, verification, privacy settings, or security measures.
• Do not manipulate engagement, analytics, rewards, eCredits, referrals, or rankings.

5. Content and communications

Do not post unlawful, misleading, infringing, obscene, or deceptive Content. Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, pyramid schemes, fake opportunities, and unauthorised promotions are prohibited.

6. Collaborations and commerce

Collaboration listings, budgets, deliverables, qualifications, and deadlines must be genuine and accurate. You must comply with advertising disclosures, consumer rules, tax obligations, and any laws that apply to your transaction.

7. Enforcement

We may remove Content, limit features, suspend access, preserve evidence, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe this Policy has been violated. Serious conduct may be reported to appropriate authorities.

8. Reporting and appeals

Report suspected violations through available reporting tools or at safety@ecelebsnation.com. If enforcement affects your account, you may request review within 30 days and provide relevant context.
